Kastel Luksic is one of the 7 Kastels situated between Trogir and Split.
There are many cultural monuments to visit such as the church of St. John Birnj, the Vitturi castle which holds the city museum, the Our Lady of the Assumption church, the Vitturi park, Kastel Tataglia and others.
The beaches of the Kastela region are combined into a 6km long string of bays and bathing areas. All of these are shaded by pine trees and tamaris.
Between July 1st and August 31st, the annual “Kastela Cultural Summer” festivities are held. These consist of 60 different events: theatre plays, photography exhibits, pop and classical music concerts, folklore, sports competitions and various fishing and hunting festivities.
There are many excellent restaurants in the area where you can enjoy local specialities.
Kastel Luksic is ideal for a peaceful villa holiday in a great location. If you are looking for more energetic entertainment, you can visit nearby Trogir, Split and Omis.
