Mary was most helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. She talked us through the holiday in detail. When we asked for better flight to allow us to use public transport Mary found flight times that were more suitable. This did change the dates and length of the holiday, but at a brilliant price, so we booked

I recently booked a cruise with Julie in Castlecourt. Julie couldn't have done any more than she did for us, she made it all seem so easy everything went like clockwork. Diane booked our honeymoon, she was full of information about different options for our important holiday. I felt comfortable and I really felt I could put my trust in Diane she explained everything and gave her card if we had any questions on the lead up to the holiday . Let me start by saying that I'm a returning customer. Not only am I a returning customer but I also make sure I get the same customer agent. Caitlyn from the Irvine branch has always went above and beyond to accommodate my family in choosing the right holiday package. Listens to everything said and comes up with a variety of choices. Something you'd expect however she just seems to go that bit extra. I just feel that we don't want to deal with anyone else. Which is probably unfair on the other members of staff within the branch.

I was very disappointed about the service I received! When I paid the deposit for my cruise I was told that I would have to pay the balance 14 weeks before my departure, which I was ok with. Then they sent me an email with a payment date that was 3 weeks earlier 17 weeks earlier for the balance!!!!! Bad communication, no explanation either, I had to phone up and ask what was going on!! There was a mix up if I was entitled to the discount that was on offer from Jet 2 and marketing material I had received. As usual Donna and the team went the extra mile to find us the flights and prepare our itinerary. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and this results in the customer feeling confident and comfortable in the process.

This was a complex holiday booking requiring two hotel bookings in different towns, trains connections and one to a cruise terminal for disembarkation, private transfers. etc. The travel assistant picked up on every detail of our request and put together a perfect holiday itinerary. We always book through this travel agent because it takes the hassle out of it and comes with their cover and guarantees.

Having just moved into the North Ayrshire area, we were looking for a local travel agent and so pleased that we visited Stewart Travel in Irvine. From the moment that I walked in and sat down with Caitlyn, we knew we were in good hands. We started off looking for a road trip to America, but unfortunately we had to change this due to personal circumstances so we changed our plans and decided on Italy & Croatia which has now been booked for next year. Caitlyn was so helpful and helped immensly with the planning of our holiday and she kept us up to date with the progress of the booking and she made some really good suggestions. The staff are so friendly when you walk in and they make you feel welcome and are all interested in what you are planning. We had tried the larger travel agents before Stewart travel and they were just not helpful at all and tried to sell us what they wanted and not what we wanted. This was not the case with Stewart Travel, they listened and came up with what we wanted. I would not even think of going to another travel agent for our future holiday plans and would definitely recommend Stewart Travel to family and friends.

This was our first time working with Stewart travel, Claire was fantastic, after an initial telephone enquiry Claire has a quite emailed within half an hour. After another conversation she tweaked our holiday to meet our specific wishes. We went in that afternoon to finalise our booking. All in all an excellent experience and Claire Cornelius is an expert in her field and a real asset to Stewart travel. We are already looking to book next year.

We had a minor problem with Emirates Airlines and my coeliac meal, but Elaine sorted this out for us and I had my meals for the flights back from Japan. Service was very good albeit I was an easy customer knowing what I wanted. The member of staff I dealt with was very pleasant and tuned in to what I was looking for and accommodated a date change. The only issue I encountered was with payment when I thought the staff member was processing it but a few days later I got a reminder that payment was due. Fortunately a more senior member of staff dealt with it immediately.

Jackie our travel consultant was so fast that she made mistakes... Booked carpark wrong time... Forgot to asj for code from rain cheque....told us to come into shop to collect tickets when they had been posted out... She needs to slow down and confirm details... Not impressed

This is the first time we have used Stewart Travel as we only moved into the Irvine area just over a year ago and we do not like dealing with the larger travel agents so decided to give Stewart Travel a go and so pleased we did. From the moment I walked into the Irvine branch, all the staff were very pleasant and friendly and welcoming. I have been dealing with Caitlyn in the store and she has been great and listened to my needs and wants for our family holiday and nothing was a bother to her at all. We have had to change our original plans for our holiday and once again it was not a bother to Caitlyn. It is so nice to sit down and speak to someone who actually listens and there was no hard sell, just proving me with recommendations for not just the flights, etc, but the hotels and routes we wanted to take. Still dealing with Caitlyn and have every confidence she will come up with exactly what we want. So pleased that I walked in the store a few weeks ago.

My wife and I were looking to book a holiday for seven nights in September 2024 to Benidorm and had a few hotels in mind which we had viewed on the JET2 website. Lindsay made a recommendation for a hotel in Benidorm old town which we had not considered and we booked it as we have complete confidence in Lindsay. She has been in Benidorm a few times and knew what would be suitable for us as were are no spring chickens. She has on several occasions over the years booked our summer vacation and she is spot on with advice. On viewing the Benidorm hotel review on trip advisor at home we agree 100% with Lindsay's recommendation. As usual, Jocelyn was was very helpful and had my trip booked in very little time. She is always helpful and certainly knows her job although I must say all the staff in the Ayr office have always been friendly, helpful and very professional. Its always nice to have their advice and know they are there for the customer whenever there is a problem.

Amanda had been contacted by us in the hope of assisting with our hopes for an American music theme holiday. Having taken time to consider our requirements and provide us with relevant quotations to consider, we have booked what we believe will be a memorable trip being the Southern Sounds and Elvis with an additional 2 days added to the Nashville side of it. Not till October, however, this will be what was once a "pipedream" once upon a time. All the staff within the Paisley branch are very approachable and go out their way to assist.

We use Stewart Travel regular because their dependable service is always first class. This time I booked a holiday to Lake Garda and one week later I received a call from a consultant saying I need to onto hospital for three heart stents which was when on holiday.. I then had to cancel my holiday and could only get 50% back? This meant I would loose over £1000, Olive then said if I can get proof for my procedure she would fill the forms in with my permission then attach the letter from the consultant and see what Jet2 do? Within a couple of hours Jet2 had agree to refund me voucher for cost for the half of the holiday. This will be used after the procedure to book the same holiday. Thank you Olive , you are a star******
