Roseanne who I spoke with was really helpful and patient when helping us find a suitable holiday for the family, she went over and above regardless of time day /night and it being the weekend, we did book and are looking forward to our holiday.

The ladies are so friendly, extremely helpful in finding the best hotel and deal for your budget. A special shout out to Justine who has sent on emails of holidays to which we then went onto book. We have just booked our next summer holiday to Alcudia and cannot wait.

Got to speak to a human right from getting through. A very helpful and polite lady eager to help me. She listened to what I wanted and understood immediately. Demi was very helpful and in no time showed me tge holiday I had been asking for. She left it to me to ring her thevnext day with my thoughts on this holiday. There was absolutely no pressure I rang the next day to confirm the holiday. Everything was sorted. No worries.

There is too much reliance on airports which are main airports for special offers! Why would anyone in their right mind by-pass a perfectly good airport such as Glasgow Prestwick to go all the way to Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc:just because Jet2 or Tui offer late deals from these airports. Where are the late deals for Glasgow Prestwick? Someone somewhere wondered off in the wrong direction and a whole load of questions should be asked as Ryanair offer so many discount flights to various destinations from Prestwick. Your business is profit, and as much as you can get. You make it by broadening your horizons to make that profit and yet you let it go? G.M. McEwan (multi Stewart customer.)

Some of the staff recognised me from before Covid and it was great to receive such a warm welcome. Ashley was excellent. She gave me a coffee, then we settled down while she found the holiday I wanted. She explained all the options and showed me pictures of the hotel and surroundings. She booked wheelchair assistance for me and my sister, as both of us have walking difficulties, and booked seats for us. I cannot fault the service Which was superb.

The staff member who helped me with my quote and enquiry for my holiday was very helpful and accommodating to any adjustments I wanted at the time. They also spoke about past experiences we have all had on previous holidays after remembering me from a past booking with them. I've been using Stewart Travel for a number of years .I find all the staff so helpful especially Jayne in Paisley. They always pick the right hotel and location apart from New Zealand as I go to the best (my son).People say use online to book but personally I prefer speaking face to face as Stewart Travel know what they're talking about never had a complaint about them and don't think I will as long as I keep using them.

Spoke to collected, she helped us choose a holiday that suited. Looking at flight times, which was very important to us. Flying from Aberdeen, which is our nearest airport is way more expensive, so was looking at both edinburgh and Glasgow, which gave us more choice.

I had to cancel holiday 2 days before travel as my husband became unwell and had to be hospitalised the staff member who assisted me was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately I hadn’t organised insurance for the holiday however the staff member actually managed to get a voucher refund for us and we didn’t lose our cash. I am so grateful to her for her help and friendliness. Staff like that are priceless

This was my first time visiting Stewart Travel and I have been impressed with the service. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and efficient. We were delayed coming back from USA with BA, and Stewart Travel guided me on how to claim compensation back, which I'd never done before. They have great offers on their emails, and something a bit different if you're looking for a 2 or 3 centre holiday.

I was very disappointed about the service I received! When I paid the deposit for my cruise I was told that I would have to pay the balance 14 weeks before my departure, which I was ok with. Then they sent me an email with a payment date that was 3 weeks earlier 17 weeks earlier for the balance!!!!! Bad communication, no explanation either, I had to phone up and ask what was going on!! I won’t be booking with Stewart travel again! As I hate to be messed about
