You speak to a real person as soon as you get through. That person is ready to take your request and looks up what you need and gives you different options. They try to give you the best offer with the best price snd there is never any pressure to make your mind up there and then. You can ring back after you have considered the offer. You can always speak with the person you are dealing with.

Travel agent collected all information on location dates and preferred style of accommodation during our phone conversation. Called back within a very reasonable time with possible bookings one of which I selected.

Visited the Inverurie store and came out with the holiday we wanted. It was very straightforward for Catherine as she has done this many times before. We had booked this river cruise to sail in 2020 but had to cancel because of Covid. Thought we should rebook 5 years later and we are now looking forward to a nice holiday.

Definitely worth a visit if you are on a budget or looking for something special, everyone is very knowledgeable. I came away with a terrific deal, and the next day my very detailed itinerary was emailed to me.

The cherry on an already very good cake was a recommendation to a brilliant travel insurance broker, who in turn provided comparable insurance for 1/4 of the price quoted by my existing insurers! LH at Stewart Travel Helensburgh helped us book a trip to HK, Melbourne, VIC and Singapore and dealt with the visas we required. As a US citizen this was a bit more challenging than LH had dealt with before but all completed in 2 days.

Their knowledge, experience and advice was excellent, which enabled us to have exactly what we were looking for.

There is too much reliance on airports which are main airports for special offers! Why would anyone in their right mind by-pass a perfectly good airport such as Glasgow Prestwick to go all the way to Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc:just because Jet2 or Tui offer late deals from these airports. Where are the late deals for Glasgow Prestwick? Someone somewhere wondered off in the wrong direction and a whole load of questions should be asked as Ryanair offer so many discount flights to various destinations from Prestwick. Some of the staff recognised me from before Covid and it was great to receive such a warm welcome. Ashley was excellent. She gave me a coffee, then we settled down while she found the holiday I wanted. She explained all the options and showed me pictures of the hotel and surroundings. She booked wheelchair assistance for me and my sister, as both of us have walking difficulties, and booked seats for us. I cannot fault the service Which was superb.

Spoke to collected, she helped us choose a holiday that suited. Looking at flight times, which was very important to us. Flying from Aberdeen, which is our nearest airport is way more expensive, so was looking at both edinburgh and Glasgow, which gave us more choice.

We always book our holidays through Stewart Travel as they are helpful, professional and take great time and care in getting us what we want. We use a travel agent instead of booking our holidays on-line as should anything go wrong they are there to assist. I had to cancel holiday 2 days before travel as my husband became unwell and had to be hospitalised the staff member who assisted me was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately I hadn’t organised insurance for the holiday however the staff member actually managed to get a voucher refund for us and we didn’t lose our cash. I am so grateful to her for her help and friendliness. Staff like that are priceless

When we asked for better flight to allow us to use public transport Mary found flight times that were more suitable. This did change the dates and length of the holiday, but at a brilliant price, so we booked
