I have been using stewart travel for years now to book our family holiday and always we get what we ask for and a warm welcome and we are always made at ease no pressure which is great

I have always used Stewart Travel in Ayr for our holidays. The staff are so helpful and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic service.

1st class service, Booked a last minute holiday at very short notice and everything was dealt with in the simplest fashion there and then in the shop, flights, transfer and hotel were all booked and tickets printed for us enabling us to leave the next morning with no worries. Hotel was superb and the whole holiday was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have booked my holidays with Stewart Travel Prestwick for many years and would not think about going anywhere else. I have always been given first class service advice support and knowledgeable information about holiday destinations. The Ladies are all very helpful polite and cheerful. Nothing is a bother to them. I have also had exceptional assistance when I had to cancel a holiday the day before I was due to fly, and on one occasion when the holiday company mixed up my homeward flights. Leaving me at the airport with no flight home. Airline company were very unhelpful. On contacting the girls at Prestwick they immediately took action contacted the holiday company and helped get the situation all sorted out extremely quickly. This certainly alleviated my stress The service received is second to none Well done Ladies

Just back from a 10 night stay at Villa Mar Corralejo on Fuerteventura. The Villa was certainly well used and tired in places but overall the accommodation was good Stewart Travel's organisation of our trip was excellent. My only criticism would be the out of date fire extinguisher in the villas kitchen.

They are so nice and very helpful nothing is to much for them you have a laugh with them they are all so nice

All the staff at your kilmarnock shop are very friendly and helpful. We have booked a few holidays and Sophie has been an absolute star , our cruise after lockdown had alot of changes and restrictions and Sophie kept us updated and fully informed. She is now assisting me with an ongoing claim with BA for flight delays. We have now booked another cruise with her help. The associate at the store level who handled my trip was kind and eager to help but unfortunately my purchase experience was spread over several days. It seemed we were consistently waiting for the flight office to confirm my purchases and issue tickets. As a result, I ended up missing out on some extra legroom or premium economy seats which I wanted to purchase for all flights, because the flight office was not swift enough to action on the purchases. My money was taken, and I was assured by the sales associate Ethan and his Flight Office contact Alicia that I would get everything I wanted, only to find out days later that my desired seats were no longer available - even though they WERE available at the time of my payment. My money was taken for a product you could not deliver. Had I forgone using your "service" altogether and simply done the work online on my own, I would have been able to buy what I wanted right away. I've been told you will be keeping an eye on the flights in case any seats come available for upgrade, but I don't trust that there will be any continued support from you going forward seeing as how easily I slipped through the cracks already. I feel as though my money was taken under false pretences. My point of contact was stuck as the middle-man in a very inefficient process and I will not be using your company again.

I purchased my winter holiday from Mariann who explained all the options in the accommodation of my choice . The service at this establishment is top notch, the staff are always smartly turned out and smiling, no long faces at this travel agents. Special offers adorn the windows with images of faraway shores.The office is always bright , fresh and clean too with anti bacterial hand gel on offer for those who want to avail of it.

Lovely lad in the Forge shop Jamie who was good at advising us and sorting out dates for the four of us who all had our own idea of when to book but he patiently sorted it out.

I booked a summer holiday with my local Stewart Travel. Danielle was able to find a holiday suitable for ourselves and grandchildren. So, when we decided to take a winter break we went straight back to Danielle. All booked, nothing is too much trouble for her and she makes sure everything is exactly what you request. As a result of the excellent service we have received we have asked Danielle to book our wedding package in Mexico for 2023. Going to Stewart Travel saves us having to deal with bookings ourselves and the stresses that come with that. I am confident she will ensure we have everything we need for our wedding next year. In general the service was good, they helped us assess what we need and offered some different holidays one of which suited our needs. The company helped us with our decision efficiently. Whilst we have booked we have not recieved any confirmation of our booking and the deposit given, I feel that they need to keep us better informed and email us the details of our holiday. Hopefully that will arrive soon.

Our agent was so knowledgable about everything to do with where we wanted to book and done it in a way that was not forceful at all. They gave our young daughter a wee bag of goodies to keep her occupied when they seen her getting restless also. Elaine has been thorugh and very helpful. I think it's easier to use an agent than book it yourself and there is no extra cost so it is a no-brainer.

Checking out the best flights & times. Great customer service while we sat with a coffee that she very kindly made for us. We now have a short break which we wanted honeymoon in Rome to look forward to. Unfortunately it had to be a short break this time because we were limited to holidays. We will definitely return for future trips abroad. We will be back at the beginning of 2023 to book a longer honeymoon. Thank you Olive 🙂
