The stunning Villa Georgio boasts luxurious living spaces.

The entrance leads to the marble floor living area which boasts fantastic sea views and has French doors opening directly to the pool terrace. The adjacent dining area offers a gorgeous granite dining table. This leads through to the well equipped kitchen. It boasts a central island, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.

The Villa Georgio  ground floor features a guest WC and also the first of the five bedrooms. This room is beautifully decorated and has a king size bed, an en-suite shower room and French doors giving access to the pool terrace.

On the first floor are the three upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and French doors which open onto the balcony. Sit back and enjoy the amazing panoramic views. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom which offers twin WC, bath and separate shower.

The stairs lead down to a lower ground level, which is where the fifth bedroom is. This room features a double bed with sitting area and an sn-suite shower room. Adjacent, is a separate laundry and utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink and mini fridge.

The large terrace outside also offers panoramic views and the garden is beautifully landscaped with a ceramic barbecue grill – perfect for al fresco meals which can be enjoyed under the shaded veranda.

The stunning infinity pool has walk-in steps and the Jacuzzi is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets!
