Villa Metis

Villa Metis is a stunning 5-bedroom villa, designed to overlook the picturesque Mediterranean Sea.

Interior:

This luxury villa opens out into the open plan living room and dining area with a flat screen TV. The living room is tastefully decorated in vibrant colours, with modern furnishings. The room is bright and enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors, which open out onto the pool area.

The adjoining kitchen with is well stocked with all necessary utensils and equipment, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

The dining area features an elegant hardwood table with six chairs.

The ground floor also features a twin bedroom, with direct access to the patio and an en-suite shower room.

Moving down to the lower floor, here is where you will find a further twin bedroom and a utility room. With a washing machine, dryer, sink, and a fridge.

The staircase leads up to a further three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with French doors that open out onto the balcony, overlooking the stunning views. The master bedroom also has the advantage of a luxury en-suite bathroom.

The hallway leads down to the final two bedrooms. One double and one twin room. Both bedrooms have their own shower room, with views of the surrounding areas.

Villa Metis Exterior:

Villa Metis’ high standards continue outside. For those of you who prefer to dine outside, have a BBQ and enjoy your lunch around the pool in the shaded dining areas provided. The large 10m swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summers day.
