Villa Theia is a gorgeous 3-bedroom villa. Perfectly positioned, south facing with phenomenal garden and sea views. Only a short stroll from the resort centre, this is a great villa for your next family holiday.

Interior:

Enter Villa Theia into the open plan living room and dining area with a flat screen TV, for your entertainment and enjoyment. A comfortable living area, tastefully decorated in vibrant colours, with modern furnishings. The room is bright and warm and also enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors, which open out onto the pool area.

The adjoining kitchen with Italian units is well stocked. Having all the necessary utensils and equipment. Including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Next, the dining area has an elegant table with six chairs and French doors that open out to the veranda, setting the scene for a unique dining experience.

The ground floor also has a guest toilet.

Then take the staircase up to three spacious bedrooms.

A master bedroom that features a king size bed and a private balcony, offering stunning sea and garden views. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash basins in a marble vanity unit, and bath/shower combination.

Equally as sleek we have the second double bedroom. (Or a twin room if preferred) Finally the third bedroom is a twin room. Both rooms share a shower room.

Exterior:

Last but not least, the high standards at Villa Theia continues outdoors. A covered veranda leading off from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs. The adjacent BBQ area with gas barbeque and sink makes al-fresco cooking and dining an absolute delight. Equipped with sunbeds and private swimming pool with a safety pool cover, this area is perfect for cooling off on a hot summers day.
