Inside, large sliding doors lead to the living room. It is fully air-conditioned and has two white leather sofas and a modern coffee table. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a plasma TV. Internet TV includes UK channels, Sky Sports, movies, and international options.

The kitchen connects to the living room. It comes with everything you need: a microwave, large fridge, freezer, oven, electric cooker, toaster, and kettle. You’ll have all the comforts of home.

On the ground floor is a private en-suite bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs are three more air-conditioned bedrooms. One is a second en-suite with a double bed and access to a veranda. Another has a double bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. A separate bathroom serves these two rooms.

The pool has a depth of 0.9m to 1.8m and includes floodlights. A covered terrace provides shade and includes a five-piece rattan furniture set for relaxing outdoors.

The garden has plenty of sunbathing space. It’s furnished with high-quality sunbeds and rattan sofas. This creates a quiet and stylish outdoor area.

Location is a key feature. The popular Coral Bay centre is just a two-minute walk away. Here, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and bars serving local food. Many shops deliver groceries to the villa, making it easy to enjoy sunset meals at home.

The villa is part of a clean and quiet complex. All key amenities are within walking distance. Coral Bay Beach, a 500-meter stretch of golden sand and clear water, is only 15 minutes away on foot. The beach has Blue Flag status. A bus stop just two minutes from the villa offers easy travel around the area.
