Villa Krystallia Indoors

The main house features four large bedrooms, all with stylish ensuite shower rooms, breath-taking sea views, and direct access to sea-facing balconies.

Fully air-conditioned throughout with both heating and cooling, the villa provides year-round comfort in every room.

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a bright open-plan living area with comfortable seating for up to eight guests and a Smart TV. Alongside a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with full-size dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, and a dining table seating eight. This floor also includes one spacious double bedroom suite and a washing machine for added convenience.

Upstairs, there are three further generously sized bedroom suites. All similar in size and design, opening onto a fabulous large balcony with panoramic sea views.

In addition to the main house, Villa Krystallia also offers a separate ground-floor studio apartment with direct access from the pool area. Ideal for additional guests or teenagers. The studio includes a double bed, a shower room, washing machine, kitchenette with sink, fridge, oven, and hob, plus a dining table and chairs. (Please request upon booking)

Villa Krystallia Outdoors

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The impressive private swimming pool measures approximately 11m x 8m. And includes Roman steps, a depth ranging from 1.25m to 1.70m. A separate fenced children’s section for added peace of mind. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the covered outdoor dining area seating up to 10 people. Plus a BBQ area perfect for long summer evenings.

For families, there is also a dedicated playground area with swings and a slide. While electric gates and ample parking provide both privacy and convenience, including covered parking for two cars.

The nearest bar with a panoramic view is less than 1km away. Making it an easy and pleasant walk from the villa.

Located between Ipsos and Barbati on the NE coast with easy access to both resorts, as well as the more rural areas of Korakiana and the ancient stone village of Ag Marcos.
