Villa Anastasia, a new villa for 2025 reached via gates and a driveway leading up from the road to Kassiopi. This stunning new property sits proudly on the hillside looking out over the surrounding area of Sinies, to Kassiopi and the channel separating this corner of North East Corfu from Albania. With a private swimming pool, seasonally heated* this is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway in Corfu.

Villa Anastasia has been a labour of love for its very caring owner. Who has given great attention to detail in order to ensure that this villa meets all your holiday needs. A fabulous pool with sea views and a generous pool terrace incorporating an outdoor kitchen. Below the pool terrace a few steps lead to an elegant sunken seating area for simply relaxing and enjoying the views.

The villa offers a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. A comfortable living room with Smart TV and wide patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also one bedroom on this floor and a shower room.

A staircase leads up to the first floor to two more generous bedrooms. Both with en suite shower rooms and patio doors leading out to sea facing balconies.

The construction of this house has been given great attention to insulation resulting in a villa that will keep an easily regulated temperature. Even in the really hot period of the summer but also for the cooler periods in spring and autumn.

The location, whilst peaceful and private gives very easy access on foot to a local supermarket and various cafés/snack bars. A short drive takes you either to the small harbour town of Kassiopi, the sweeping bay of Avlaki or to the picturesque bay of Aghios Stefanos with its small harbour and great selection of local restaurants.
