Villa Votana

Villa Votana is a hidden treasure, set in its very private garden – a haven of greenery with mature trees. Just behind the long curving bay of Coyevinas, to the south of Kassiopi.

The villa is bungalow style, set on the ground floor. With a fitted kitchen, a small dining area, and living room with Smart TV and patio doors leading to a shaded sea facing balcony. In addition there’s two bedrooms. A double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Villa Votana offers that perfect combination of privacy, seclusion, peace and tranquillity while conveniently located close enough to walk to local shops and restaurants nearby.

The pebble beach can be reached by a 50 metre footpath directly from your villa garden. Step through the lockable gate directly onto the shore, just perfect for an early morning swim!

Outside, enjoy the refreshing swimming pool and lawned garden. There is plenty of natural shade and a covered BBQ/outside dining area overlooking the pool. The sea in the distance completes the scene.

Villa Votana has been welcoming visitors for many years and has a loyal following of guests. Whilst it is a simple Greek cottage, it has been lovingly maintained. Regularly updated by the local owners to provide a very comfortable holiday home.

Location

Kogevina beach is made up of large white pebbles and has beautiful clear sea for swimming. Please note this stretch does get deep fairly quickly, not ideal for small children.

From here you can walk along a flat road to Avlaki Bay, which offers two restaurants on the beach and boat hire.

In the other direction Michelangelo Village offers a good minimarket and some local café’s. Kassiopi itself is a short 5 minute drive or around a 20 minutes walk.
