Villa Lygaria

Set on a scenic hillside near the resort of Agia Pelagia, Villa Lygaria offers a peaceful retreat just a short distance from Lygaria beach.

Offering generous space both indoors and out. The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a welcoming open-plan living area. Including a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space. Blending modern conveniences with traditional furnishings.

The landing area has a sofa bed for a 6th guest, and patio doors opening out to the balcony. A partition is available to add privacy.

Outside, the expansive gardens are a true highlight. Complete with a private swimming pool, a basketball court and a large brick-built barbecue perfect for al fresco meals.

Adding a touch of local charm, Villa Lygaria also includes a charming small church that enhances the authentic Greek atmosphere. While it can be admired from the outside, the inside is not open to guests.

Just a short drive away is the family-friendly resort of Agia Pelagia. Providing a charming beach with a mix of white pebbles and sand, local tavernas, and a small supermarket.

Lygaria beach and its amenities are only a 15-minute downhill walk away. Please note: the road to the beach is quite steep in areas.

The villa’s location with surrounding mountains and rocky hillsides makes it ideal for both relaxation and exploring this captivating region of Crete.
