Villa Thea is a fabulous family villa with the aim of creating a peaceful paradise for all.

With an open plan living area you’ll have lots of space to relax and catch up with friends while enjoying a gorgeous view of the sea. The kitchen and dining room are designed to create an inclusive ambience where you can enjoy family meals together.

Leading out onto the terrace is a set of outdoor sofas where you can look at the spectacular gardens and have a cheeky glass of wine! Want to sit by the pool? Villa Thea has provided a set of 8 sunbeds to accommodate guests, all with adjustable backs to create a comfortable position to watch the world go by.

The first floor of the villa has a terrace with comfortable seating. This is the perfect location for breakfast while enjoying a view of the sea and breath-taking mountains.

There is a master bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite shower room. The remaining three bedrooms have twin beds, two with en-suite shower rooms and finally a family bathroom.

With a large drive way this allows multiple vehicles to fit comfortably within the gated property.

Great location, walking distance to Plaka village with cafes, shops and restaurants. 450m to the nearest mini-market and the nearest restaurant is only a stones throw away!

Plaka village is the ideal spot for your Cretan escape. Situated to the east of Chania City, in the heart of the well loved Apokoronas area. Plaka is a picturesque and popular village centre around a pretty square lined with traditional tavernas and cafes. During summer evening this is a hub of activity where locals and visitors enjoy long lazy drinks and dinner under the stars.

Being just over 1km up the hill from the sandy beach of Almerida, a stay in Plaka means you are just a couple of minutes drive from one of the prettiest bays in this area. With a wealth of shops and restaurants to chose from, as well as water sports facilities.

In addition the lovely historic town of Chania is just 30 minutes drive away. So very accessible for a day out exploring or even just shopping in the cooler evening hours. Followed by dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants in the Old Town.
