Villa Aspasia, a 3 bedroom villa located near to the popular village of Katelios. Set amongst the most beautiful gardens with vibrant flowers and greenery. This villa is in the perfect spot for a peaceful holiday to fully relax, whilst still being near to the resort with a beach and restaurants.

The ground floor is home to a comfortable lounge area with television and patio doors leading out to the garden. A fully fitted kitchen and a dining area with seating for up to 6.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a double room with its own en suite shower room and two twin rooms that share a shower room.

The outdoor space has many areas to enjoy, there are covered areas for those seeking shade and sun loungers around the 10m swimming pool. Fire up the brick-built BBQ for a taste of dining alfresco.

Spend your days lazing around the pool and take in the amazing sea and mountain views.

Location

Villa Aspasia is in Katelios, a quiant holiday village in the southeast of Kefalonia. A 15 minute walk or a short drive will lead you to a sand/shingle beach, with sunbeds, a selection of tavernas, and of course a crystal blue sea to enjoy – the water here is gentle and shallow for a long way out.

The ever famous and popular resort of Skala is a short and simple drive from the villa. Skala is an excellent, pedestrianised village offering excellent cafes, ice cream, restaurants and entertainment! The beach is sand/shingle, with a clear and pebbly waterfront – perfect for snorkeling.

Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, is an easy half an hour drive along straight forward roads.
