This impressive modern villa has been stylishly furnished throughout and is conveniently located only a short distance away from the quaint, sandy bay of Trapezaki and a scattering of shops and restaurants amongst the fields and olive groves of this green valley.

Set slightly inland, Villa Lemoni offers scenic views of the neighbouring mountains, countryside and out to sea. A selection of local amenities are within a ten minute walk and a sandy bay can be found in a five minute drive.

This modern villa is set on two floors and is air conditioned throughout. The ground floor is of an open plan style, consisting of a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine, (housed in a utility room), a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a separate W.C and a lounge/dining area with satellite TV.

Stairs lead up to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with ensuite shower rooms. Patio doors lead out to a spacious sun terrace, which surrounds the swimming pool and is complete with patio furnishings and a barbecue.

-The nearest taverna to walk to is a 8 minute walk. Enjoy local cuisine, indoor and outdoor seating and amazing views of the sea.
-Trapezaki Supermarket is 650m – a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. This offers all of the essentials and more!
-There are a selection of restaurants and cafes within a 10-15 minute walk or 1-2 minute drive.
-Trapezaki Beach is a 20 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. This is a quiet, stoney beach.
-Lourdas Beach is an 10 minute drive away. This soft, sandy stretch offers gorgeous turquoise waters and a choice of restaurants and shops.
-Skala is an easy 34 minute drive away. This pleasant town offers a strip of restaurants, quirky shops and amazing ice cream! The beach is pebbly but the water is so clear and beautiful.
-Argostoli Airport is a 16 minute drive away. You will be landing and unpacking at this amazing villa in no time!
