The comfortable living room with satellite television opens out to the terraced outdoor area. Where you will find your private pool, sunbeds and a dining area with a pretty pergola. This area affords beautiful views of the ocean and beyond, with the most relaxed atmosphere while looking out over Trapezaki.

Finally a small staircase takes you up to the first floor. Where you will find the second bedroom, this consists of two single beds and again with en-suite bathroom.

Villa Mataki has air conditioning as well as central heating, making this villa most popular all year round.
