Enter into this modern villa via the spacious, open-plan and attractively furnished living, dining and kitchen area. To the left is a comfortable double bedroom, with en-suite showroom. French doors in the bedroom and living room sweep open to reveal the infinity swimming pool and amazing views across to the sea in the distance.

Follow up the marble staircase to find two further bedrooms: a double bedroom and twin room – both with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Both bedrooms have their own glass balconies, offering a view down across the sloping plains towards the turquoise sea – on a clear day, you can see Zakynthos in the distance and watch the boats sail by. Behind you, there are picturesque views of the Aenos mountains. In the evening, the warm sun will set and light up the sky in tremendous colours of orange and pink; and at night, the stars are so clear and they twinkle over the ocean.

The owner has used natural marble and shades of white and grey to give a cool, light and airy feel to this new build villa. All furnishings and appliances are modern, comfortable and great quality. -Trapezaki Supermarket is 800m – a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. This offers all of the essentials and more!
-There are a selection of restaurants and cafes within a 10-15 minute walk or 1-2 minute drive.
–Trapezaki Beach is a 20 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. This is a quiet, stoney beach.
–Lourdas Beach is an 8 minute drive away. This soft, sandy stretch offers gorgeous turquoise waters and a choice of restaurants and shops.
–Skala is an easy 34 minute drive away. This pleasant town offers a strip of restaurants, quirky shops and amazing ice cream! The beach is pebbly but the water is so clear, shallow and beautiful.
–Argostoli Airport is a 16 minute drive away. You will be landing and unpacking at this amazing villa in no time!

Accessibility: The entrance to the villa is sled by a gentle slope, which leads all the way round to the back of the villa, with one small step, for easy entrance to the french doors. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with walk-in shower. The pool does not have handles but there are roman steps leading in.
