Rua Villa

Rua Villa is a stylish and tranquil hideaway set in the peaceful seaside village of Alykes on Zakynthos’ northern coast. Designed for up to six guests, it combines contemporary design with relaxed island character. An ideal setting for a truly carefree holiday.

The villa spans 150 square meters and features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two offer double beds, while the third includes two singles that can be separated on request. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and all enjoy balcony/terrace access. One bedroom also opens directly onto the pool terrace, letting you step outside and soak in the morning light.

At the centre of the villa is a bright, open-plan living area where a fully equipped kitchen merges seamlessly with the dining and lounge spaces. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge-freezer, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom provide easy entertainment. Plus an additional guest bathroom with a shower adds convenience for groups.

Outdoors, your private oasis awaits. A 35-square-meter pool at 1.5 meters deep, invites refreshing swims, with a decorative waterfall and hydromassage features enhancing the sense of relaxation. Sunbeds and umbrellas surround the water. While a shaded pergola with a built-in BBQ and dining area is perfect for long, leisurely meals in the open air.

The property also offers private parking for up to three cars. Though you’ll find much within walking distance: the long sandy beach of Alykes, welcoming tavernas, cosy cafés, and small shops.
