This impeccably furnished and beautifully appointed villa enjoys views overlooking the sea. It has everything you require for a perfect and relaxing villa holiday.

This villa has an entrance hall which gives access to the good sized open plan lounge / dining area. The living room is equipped with a TV (news and international channels) and a comfy, good sized seating area. The light and airy kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and has a small dining table in the centre. The villa has light and modern decor, with the colour ocean blue running throughout.

There are three modern bedrooms, two double bedrooms which both have bathrooms and one twin bedroom with a bathroom. Additional to this, there is a separate guest washroom. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.

This villa is situated within its own garden with lawn area, private parking. There are separate children’s and adults pools. The children’s pool is equipped with solar heating. The adults pool is available to be heated for a charge, if requested. There are sun loungers situated around the outdoor pool area, which gives opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun. Under the sun terrace there are outdoor seats with a football table and a separate outdoor dining area. There is also a shaded terrace and built in barbecue. This property has gates to the entrance of the villa with a security monitor. It is located in a city side location.
