Well insulated and fully air conditioned, this stylish “bijou” wooden house combines comfort with character. Outside, guests can enjoy exceptional pool facilities designed in a Moorish-inspired style. The private overflow pool features a cascading waterfall fountain flowing down to the lower terrace, creating a magical and timeless atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

The villa is accessed via a private lane leading from the road to Guia and up to the parking area. A few steps take you to the front terrace and covered patio. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful valley views.

Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV (limited channels). The thoughtfully designed kitchen includes a large fridge freezer and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

There are two cosy bedrooms — one twin room and one double room — both fully air conditioned for added comfort. A separate WC and a modern shower room are conveniently located off the hallway.

Please note that the pool area is not gated and with the overflow pool is not recommended for safety reasons for young children.
