There are four bathrooms, including two en-suite shower rooms, plus a further family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A convenient additional shower room is located on the ground floor.

Outdoor Space & Pool

The villa really comes into its own outside. A spacious terrace surrounds the private 8m x 4m swimming pool, providing plenty of room to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the Andalusian sunshine. The pool features Roman steps and a poolside shower, making it ideal for cooling off during warm summer days.

A shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, while the garden area also includes sunbeds, a parasol, table tennis and a games area – plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Location

Villa Felix Uno is ideally located close to the centre of Nerja, one of the most attractive destinations on the Costa del Sol. The town offers a wonderful choice of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as its famous beaches and beautiful old town.

For a day beside the sea, Playa Burriana is within easy reach and is perfect for swimming, relaxing on the sand or enjoying lunch at one of the beachfront restaurants. Of course, with your own private pool at the villa, you can enjoy a refreshing swim whenever you wish without even leaving the property.

For larger groups travelling together, Villa Felix 2 is located next door and can be booked alongside Villa Felix 1, making the two properties an excellent option for extended families or groups of friends holidaying together.
