Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, with all bedrooms benefiting from air conditioning. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also have private balconies, providing a pleasant spot to enjoy the surrounding views.

There are four bathrooms, including three en-suite bathrooms. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, providing plenty of convenience for larger groups.

Outdoor Space & Private Pool

Step outside and you’ll find a fantastic private outdoor area designed for enjoying the Andalusian sunshine. The private 8m x 4m swimming pool features Roman steps and a poolside shower, offering the perfect place to cool off on warm summer days.

The surrounding terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing, with sunbeds, parasols and comfortable garden furniture. A shaded dining area with a barbecue makes alfresco dining easy, whether you’re enjoying a relaxed lunch or an evening meal beneath the Spanish sunshine.

For added entertainment, the outdoor area also includes table tennis and a games area, making it a great space for both adults and children.

Location

Villa Felix 2 is ideally placed for exploring Nerja and the surrounding coastline. The town centre is within easy driving distance, where you’ll find a wonderful selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as the charming streets and traditional atmosphere for which Nerja is known.

The famous Playa Burriana is also within easy reach. It offers golden sands, crystal-clear Mediterranean waters and a fantastic choice of beachfront restaurants and activities.

For larger groups travelling together, Villa Felix 1 is located next door, making the two villas an excellent option for extended families or groups of friends who want to holiday together while still having their own private space.
