Villa Nadia enjoys spectacular views across Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea. With a private gated pool, several sunny terraces and a wonderful coastal outlook, this three-bedroom villa is an ideal choice for a relaxing family or friends’ holiday.

The villa is ideally positioned for exploring the area. Guilche Beach is around a 15 minute walk downhill, while the centre of Nerja is less than a 10 minute drive away, offering a fantastic choice of shops, restaurants, cafés and beautiful beaches. For a change of scenery, the picturesque whitewashed village of Frigiliana is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Outdoor Space & Pool

The villa benefits from terraces surrounding the property, allowing you to find a sunny or shaded spot throughout the day. The gated pool area is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers and enjoying a refreshing drink in the sunshine.

A covered terrace overlooking the pool provides an inviting outdoor dining area, with a table and chairs perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals. On the south-facing terrace, a second seating area takes full advantage of the exceptional sea and coastline views.

For authentic Spanish style dining, there’s also a built in brick barbecue beside the pool, making alfresco meals an easy and enjoyable part of your holiday.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Villa Nadia has three comfortable bedrooms, including one double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. A separate family bathroom is also available for shared use.

The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms benefit from beautiful sea views, allowing you to wake up to the Mediterranean on your doorstep. Air conditioning and heating are provided in all three bedrooms for year-round comfort.

Living Area & Kitchen

The bright and welcoming open plan lounge and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax together. It features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a feature fireplace and large patio doors opening directly onto the covered terrace.

There is also a dining table and chairs, making the space ideal for relaxed evenings with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is located just along the hallway. It has direct access to the terrace and the nearby barbecue area, making it particularly convenient when dining outdoors.
