The spacious open-plan living/dining area is the perfect place to unwind. It features a dining table with seating for 4 and a large L-shaped sofa, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the SMART TV with a Mag box, offering a variety of channels like BBC, ITV, CH4/5, Sky, and more. Sliding doors open to a shaded chill-out area, bringing in the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen, also open-plan, includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4, as well as a hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The main kitchen leads through a doorway to additional appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. A separate door from here leads to a clothes drying area.

Bedroom 1:
This spacious king-size bedroom comes with bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. It boasts an en-suite bathroom with a WC, large walk-in shower with a screen, and a single hand wash basin unit with a lighted vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom features twin beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes, and air conditioning. Sliding patio doors lead out directly onto the pool terrace, offering easy access to the outdoor space.
Family Bathroom:
The separate family bathroom includes a WC, hand basin with lighted vanity mirror, and a step-in shower with sliding screens.

Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room doors open onto a shaded alfresco dining area with seating for 4, perfect for outdoor meals. From here, steps lead down to the spacious sun terrace and private pool area. Adjacent to the pool is a covered chill-out seating area with a Canarian BBQ. The sun terrace features 4 sunbeds and side tables for your relaxation. The private kidney-shaped pool that is electrically heated from November to April and has a stepped entry at one end.

Villa Alysia is located in the peaceful Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, the villa is just a 10 to 15-minute walk to Playa Flamingo Beach and its surrounding amenities. A leisurely stroll along the promenade will take you to the Ferry Port and onward to Playa Blanca town centre.

Parking and Accessibility:
The property offers off-street parking for one car, with additional off-street parking available. The villa is all on one floor and features two walk-in showers, making it accessible and convenient for all guests.

Cleaning Service:
The property is fully prepared for arrival, with an included departure clean. For stays of 10-13 nights, a mid-stay linen and towel change is provided. All bath, hand, and tea towels are included, as well as pool and beach towels for your convenience.
