Villa Astra is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is ideally located within walking distance of the exclusive Marina Rubicón, where you’ll find a superb selection of waterfront bars, restaurants, and designer shops. The property is also conveniently close to the stunning Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo beaches.
Situated in a quiet, semi-residential development, this single-storey villa sits on a walled and secluded plot, ensuring privacy while still being close to all amenities. The south-facing pool area is a private oasis, featuring a uniquely designed heated pool with large Roman steps for easy entry. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and includes free WiFi, Internet TV, and coin-operated air conditioning in the master and twin bedrooms.

Living/Dining Room:
Access to the villa is through a small secure courtyard, leading up to the front door. Upon entry, you step into a spacious lounge area furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a 50” Smart TV. The Internet TV provides over 100 channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports/Movies, and catch-up TV. A Blu-ray DVD player is also available.
Adjacent to the living space is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six people, seamlessly connected to the open-plan kitchen. Double doors lead from this space to the south-facing outdoor terrace and pool area, allowing for a bright and airy atmosphere. Additional doors off the living area provide access to the three bedrooms and family bathroom, while a separate door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor Solana area.

The villa is equipped with a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system. Internal cameras in communal areas take photos if the alarm is triggered.
