Accommodation Interior:

Living & Dining Room:
The bright and airy living space with ample windows is perfect for star gazing and taking in the sea views. A SMART TV, with Netflix capability and IPTV system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5, box sets and films, together with all SKY channels available in Lanzarote) is available for your entertainment. Relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy dining together around the dining table. A sliding patio door leads out to the al fresco dining area, private pool, hot tub and pool table.

Kitchen:
Modern and open with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a utility area with a washing machine. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with king sized bed, air conditioned for your comfort. This is a fully fitted dressing room next door, with fitted wardrobes. Patio doors present beautiful sea views and open out onto the pool and sun terrace. En-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, hand wash basin with vanity mirror.

Bedroom 2 & 3
Both Twin bedrooms with bedside tables, reading lamps fitted wardrobes, dressing table and vanity mirror. Beautiful pool terrace and sea view from bedroom window.

Family Shower Room
Separate shower room with step in shower, WC and hand wash basis with vanity mirror.

Family Cloakroom
Separate WC and hand wash basin.

Accommodation Exterior:

There is a pool table at Villa Babel for further entertainment and a jacuzzi hot tub, enabling full enjoyment. The sun terrace provides 6 sun beds and an 8m x 4m, electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool. There is an outside shower for convenience, and a built in BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco.

Location:
Villa Babel is approximately 5km out of Playa Blanca. Within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will local Bars/Cafes, minimarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa.

The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2023)

Parking and Accessibility:
It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is parking for 2 vehicles. The villa is all on one floor.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights.

Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
