Villa Concorde Interior

Upon arrival, you enter Villa Concorde through a stylish glassed porch that leads into a marbled hallway. The space opens into a spacious lounge area, connecting to the kitchen and a hallway leading to bedrooms two and three. A beautiful marble and glass staircase ascends to the second floor, where the master bedroom suite awaits.

Living Room:
The expansive lounge area is elegantly furnished with a large leather corner sofa and an armchair. A coffee table and several side tables enhance the space. For entertainment, the living room is equipped with IPTV via a Mag box, offering a wide variety of box sets, films, terrestrial, and Sky channels. Sliding doors open up to the alfresco dining area, terrace, and pool, blending indoor and outdoor living effortlessly.

Dining Area / Second Sitting Area:
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a stunning mango wood dining table with seating for eight, perfect for enjoying meals together. A mango wood dresser holds an assortment of board games for guest use, and a side table with a reading lamp adds a cozy touch. A brown leather three-person sofa offers additional seating for enjoying the Xbox on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen, situated off the hallway, boasts a breakfast bar that opens to the lounge area. Fully equipped with all the essentials, you’ll find everything from glasses and crockery to a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, hob, oven, and even a washing machine located in the utility area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Villa Concorde offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):
Located on the first floor, the large master bedroom features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, ample wardrobe space, and air conditioning (coin-operated). The en-suite bathroom includes a single basin, a bathtub with a shower overhead, and a WC. Patio doors lead to a spacious sun terrace, offering stunning views of the mountains and the sea across to Fuerteventura—an ideal spot for morning coffee or stargazing in the evening. The terrace is furnished with two sunbeds and seating for up to four, creating the perfect space to unwind.

Bedroom 2:
On the ground floor, this room is furnished with a super king-sized bed (180cm), bedside tables, reading lamps, and ample wardrobe space. The room overlooks the pool and is equipped with air conditioning (coin-operated). The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3:
Also located on the ground floor, this twin room offers two single beds (135cm), a bedside cabinet, wardrobe space, and a window with pool views. The room is equipped with air conditioning (coin-operated).

Family Bathroom:
Located opposite Bedroom 3, the family bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower overhead, a hand basin, and a WC.

Outdoors

Pool, Hot Tub, and Sun Terraces:
Villa Concorde offers unparalleled tranquility and privacy, with a private pool (electrically heated from November to April) measuring 7.5m x 3.5m and ranging in depth from 1.2m to 1.6m (excluding the step area). The spacious patios provide ample room for sunbathing and relaxing. Guests can enjoy two large terraces, plus artificial grass to enhance the usable space. A winding path, inspired by César Manrique’s style, meanders through the garden, adding a touch of Lanzarote charm.

Six sun loungers are available on the main patio. While a second split-level patio houses a top-of-the-line 6-person hot tub in a quiet corner of the terrace. Along with an additional al fresco seating area and coffee table, perfect for evening cocktails and relaxation.

Garden:
The beautifully landscaped garden is filled with vibrant local plants and shrubs, and is subtly illuminated at night, creating a serene atmosphere.

Chill-Out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ:
From the living room, sliding doors lead to an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, under a shaded pergola. Just outside the dining area, you’ll find a Canarian BBQ with marble worktops for food preparation. The property is fully enclosed by a traditional Piedra wall, ensuring privacy and peace.

Other Information

The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm system. Which includes internal cameras in communal areas, taking photos when the alarm is triggered.

Location:
Situated about 5 km from Playa Blanca. The villa is only 400m from the sea and provides access to a 9km paved seafront promenade that runs along the Playa Blanca coastline. Local bars, cafes, small supermarkets, and excellent restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away, making this villa perfectly located for a self-sufficient getaway. The town center of Playa Blanca is a quick 10-minute taxi ride away, with reliable and affordable bus and taxi services for easy exploration. A taxi ride to/from the town center costs approximately €6 (as of 2024).
