This beautifully furnished and comfortable rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from the exclusive marina with its wide choice of restaurants, bars, designer boutiques, supermarket and weekly market.

Villa Alegria Accommodation Interior:

Double front doors open into the spacious entrance hall and the well-planned layout includes the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left of the hallway and the bright living room to the right, overlooking the pool and garden.

Villa Alegria Kitchen:

Large open plan kitchen with granite worktops, modern fitted units and breakfast bar. Fully equipped with built-in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and induction hob. The kitchen leads to the spacious living room with patio doors leading to the pool and garden. There is a large L-shaped leather sofa and a comfortable circular armchair with footstool, ideal for relaxing and watching the flat screen smart TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 and all Sky channels received in Lanzarote) or enjoy the view of the swimming pool through the large bay window. Wifi and Bluetooth tower speakers are provided for your convenience.

Patio doors lead to the dining/garden room. It contains a large rectangular dining table with 6 wicker chairs, surrounded by built-in units, washing machine, sink and built-in fridge/freezer. One set of patio doors lead to the rear of the property and another set opens onto the pool and garden, offering the option of a fully enclosed or open dining area, depending on your mood! Either way, perfect for a BBQ right outside on the patio.

Villa Alegria Accommodation Exterior:

Private enclosed garden and pool area with large sun terraces with sun loungers around the private oval shaped pool. The pretty garden has a covered gazebo with a round table and chairs. Just outside the living room is a covered terrace furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a cosy corner with 2 chairs and a table to relax in the shade.

Access is available (adults only due to health and safety requirements) to the rooftop terrace which has lovely ocean views.
