Villa Andorra is a modern, detached family villa with a private pool in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.

Conveniently set on one level and in a fabulous position within just a few minutes easy walk to the beaches of Puerto del Carmen and the resort facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, comfortably furnished throughout with air conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has enclosed sun terraces that are surrounded by raised walls. This villa is ideal for both families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday and very close to all amenities.

Living/Dining Room/Kitchen:
The open plan space provides plenty of light and space. The villa has a comfortable lounge with two 2 seater sofas, an arm chair and ceiling fan. The flat screen TV with IPTV provides plenty of entertainment. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a door leading BBQ area and alfresco dining terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.

Villa Andorra Exterior:

Outside, there is a private swimming pool and outdoor shower with plenty of room for sunbathing around the pool on the sun loungers and parasol. The side terrace area has a table & chairs and large umbrella for shade – ideal for alfresco dining on the gas BBQ or entertaining the family. The white raised walls add some privacy. A small table and two chairs is under a shaded pergola in front of the lounge. Around the side of the property you will find an outdoor pool table and bench and also the washing machine is located in a locked cupboard.

Cleaning Service:
The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with a clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels is provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights.

Location:
Casa Andorra is just a 5-6-minute walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the beach of Playa Pocillos. The main resort of Puerto del Carmen, with plenty of places to eat, drink, and cafes overlooking the sea, is approximately a 15-minute stroll or less than 5 minutes’ drive away. The old town and harbor are a 10-minute drive away.

There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service, allowing you to easily explore all areas.

Car Hire:
While not essential in Puerto Del Carmen, car hire could be an advantage if you are planning to see the many sights the island has to offer.
