Villa Cois Farraige, a unique 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury holiday villa in the exclusive sought after area of Los Mojones. Built and furnished to the highest of standards with everything that the most seasoned traveller could wish for. Including full Air Conditioning/Heating, a 6 person jacuzzi, BBQ, fantastic sea views and an outside bar!

*Due to the layout of the villa, guests must be a minimum of 12 years old

Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Room:
Villa Cois Farraige set on split levels with a beautiful wooden beam ceiling. A fully equipped modern fitted kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a storm. Including, a 5 ring gas hob, electric over and mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, kettle, Krupps coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery & glasses. A large island with 4 stools are provided for easy seating and meal prepping. The utility area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Five steps lead to the dining area where you will find a dining table with 6 leather seats and a comfy 3 seater sofa. Overlooking the pool and garden area, a space to take in the incredible views.

TV Lounge:
The spacious Lounge is accessed through the kitchen and looks out across the sun and swimming pool. With comfortable seating and TV with IPTV to watch all your favourite channels. Step through the patio doors out to a covered terrace with outdoor seating and table & chairs.

Stunning sea and mountain views compliment the sun and pool terrace which has mature gardens, a pool, hot tub and large coal BBQ. There are plenty of sunbeds to soak up the sun and comfortable seating to just relax and enjoy a cold drink or two from your own fully functioning bar (extra cost applied).

Pool Heating: Electric (November to end April inclusive)

Accessibility: 10 steps from front entrance to kitchen, 5 steps to dining area. 4 steps to access Bedroom 1 & 2 and then 2 steps to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 & 4 are accessed by 3 steps. 7 steps plus handrail lead from pool patio to the hot tub and gardens.

Amenities: Safe, alarm and private parking for two cars.

Villa Cois Farraige Location:

Cois Farraige is situated in Los Mojones, a quiet sought after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto del Carmen The busy resort of Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world.

There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise).

Car Hire: This is not essential as you are only 5-10 minute walk to Old Town where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. However it could be an advantage if you are planning to visit the different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer
