Casa Amanecer is a 4 bedroom family villa with private swimming pool situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port in Cala D’Or.

This modern and bright villa is equipped with all the modern features. The dining room is connected to the living room and leads to the terrace and pool area. The rocky cove Cala Llamp is 500m away and in about 10 minutes walk you will reach the small sandy beach of Cala Egos and Cala Egos centre with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is approx. 2 km away. Cala D’Or centre is within 5 minutes drive offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music, shops and has several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. You can enjoy a nice walk by the pier with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias in the charming fishing village of Portopetro and it’s only 2 minutes drive.
