The palm tree lined driveway leads off from a quiet country lane to this superb Cala d’Or villa. The entrance is via the walled courtyard garden which offers a peaceful and private place for relaxation. The hallway leads into a large living/dining room which is most comfortably furnished in a rustic style yet with modern appliances. These include a Smart TV  and Wi-fi access. The dining area is furnished with a solid oak table and sets of patio doors lead from here onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is well fitted and has a large fridge/freezer,dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and breakfast table. There is a cloakroom and laundry room with washing machine, on this level also. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is on this level and has a side door onto an enclosed courtyard.

Stairs lead to the three remaining bedrooms. A master twin bedroom, with a modern en-suite shower room, has doors onto the upper terrace and those wonderful views – the perfect place to relax and unwind with your favourite book. Two further twin bedrooms, both having en-suite shower rooms, and one has a sun terrace overlooking the courtyard garden.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned on a timer, 14:00 until 16:00 and 21:00 until 08:00

The grounds are well maintained and full of mature shrubs and plants. The 10 metre pool has a Jacuzzi end and this area is well furnished for your relaxation outdoors. There is a brick built barbecue and a covered outside dining area providing an escape from the sun. There is a large lawn, ideal as a children’s play spot.
