Villa Caram

Villa Caram is one of our most popular and most centrally located property in our Cala d’Or programme. Situated just a stone’s throw from the beach and less than 200 yards into the centre of Cala d’Or, Villa Caram is surrounded by some of the most select villas in the area and stands on a large plot.

This whole Cala d’Or villa radiates off a central courtyard, which is furnished for living and dining outdoors. At one end of the courtyard is the covered barbecue terrace and also has access to the main kitchen. Patio doors lead from this central area to the main lounge and a TV lounge (due to the scheduled repositioning of the Astra Satellite limited English Channels will be available)

The villa is reached via a short path from the quiet service road and up to the main entrance. This in turn leads directly into a most comfortably furnished lounge, which has cloakroom and WC to the rear. The well fitted kitchen has dishwasher and microwave.

The first of the two master bedrooms leads off from the lounge. This double (twin mattresses) has a marble tiled bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower en-suite.

The second lounge with satellite TV (News and International Channels) and DVD player has patio doors to both the inner and rear pool terrace. Off from one side is the second master double (twin mattresses) bedroom, which has a spacious bathroom en-suite. On the opposite side is the third bedroom, a pretty twin with shower and WC en-suite.

On this first floor level is a comfortably furnished lounge with satellite TV (limited channels) with patio doors leading out onto an enormous terrace, which overlooks the central courtyard and pool area. A hallway leads to a spacious twin bedded room with shower and WC adjacent and the final bedroom; a further double (twin mattresses) with full bathroom en suite, which also has a walk in shower. This spacious bedroom has patio doors onto the large front terrace. (Child supervision is required at all times when using the roof top terrace) The original outside staircase remains and provides additional access down to the pool area. A washing machine is available in a room located underneath these stairs.

Villa Caram -Exterior:

Outside the 12 metre free form pool takes pride of place in the centre of the terrace. It has Roman steps into a shallow end for children, however owing to the design of the pool we do caution parents that children should be supervised at all times when using the pool. The whole area is well furnished for outdoor living at its best, an ideal property for all types of Majorca family holidays.
