Villa es Jardí, the perfect family villa sleeping up to 8 people! With a great and convenient location, set in the countryside yet close to all the amenities that you need to spend a great holiday in Cala d’Or. A lovely country house offering bright and airy rooms while keeping its classic style. The spacious outside area has a great garden with beautiful lawned areas with tall palm trees.

Villa es Jardí Interior:

The entrance leads to the hallway with a guest toilet and airy living room with two double sets of French doors opening onto the large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Adjacent there is a dining room. The kitchen is next with induction cooker and a breakfast table. The ground floor has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a beautiful rustic touch, it has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the outside. Close to this bedroom is the utility room with the washing machine.

The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. From the hall stairs take us to the upper floor that boasts two twin bedrooms. One with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace partially covered terrace with great open views of the surroundings and the pool area. The other is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. This bedroom can also access the terrace from the corridor.

Villa es Jardí Exterior:

The wonderful exterior is a great spot for relaxing among the pine trees and there is plenty of space for the children to play. A well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees giving some nice shade during the hottest days of the year. There is a large covered terrace with a comfortable seating area, and a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. The large pool with Roman steps and a fountain; an ornate rock partly submerged will keep you cool in the summer months. Around the pool there is a large sun terrace with sun beds, the ideal spot to enjoy the long summery days. A covered barbecue area with a great brick built barbecue, a sink and a long table with benches for this afternoon BBQ’s. Parking available inside the gates of the villa.
