The first of the two lounges is furnished in brown/orange and has TV/(News and International Channels) and DVD, whilst the second is a lounge/dining room, patio doors lead out from here to the garden area. A well fitted comes complete with dishwasher and microwave, there is a utility room adjacent which has a washing machine and small fridge.

On this ground floor level also is the double bedroom plus two pretty twin bedrooms with air-conditioning. Two brand new shower rooms service this area. There is wi-fi facility at this villa, please bring your own computer.

Climb the elegant staircase to the villas first floor level where there is an air-conditioned large twin bedded room with a further newly renovated shower room en-suite, plus a further air-conditioned master double bedroom also with new en-suite shower facilities and double doors to a balcony area. Outside the kidney-shaped pool is situated amongst sun terraces to the rear of the property, affording greater privacy.
