Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious dining kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities, a dining table and chairs, as well as a cosy TV area. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a WC. The large living room is bathed in natural light thanks to patio doors that open to the terrace and pool area. With comfortable seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi, this room offers a relaxed space to unwind. There’s an additional dining table to seat six guests, perfect for family meals. Stairs lead to the first floor.

Sa Marina features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. One of the double bedrooms boasts an en-suite shower room, a private terrace with sea views, and plenty of wardrobe space. The twin bedroom on the same level also offers ample wardrobe space and views overlooking the pool. The family bathroom includes a shower over a bathtub.

On the second floor, a spacious double bedroom awaits. With a private terrace offering stunning views of the Bay of Puerto Pollensa and the distant Tramuntana mountains. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort.

Outside, the property’s rear features a covered terrace and private swimming pool. Surrounded by a decked sunbathing area, and a large brick-built barbecue — ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
