Villa Cala

Villa Cala is located in Cala San Vicente in a small residential area with two sandy beaches. Take in the breath-taking views of the Cavall Bernat mountain range. This villa has recently undergone renovation to a high standard.

Prices advertised are based on the main villa only sleeping up to 8 guests and having sole use of the estate. For larger groups, the property can accommodate up to 14 guests over the main house and the additional suites, additional charges apply.

Villa Cala Main House

Sleeping up to 8 people across 4 bedrooms. Four of the seven bedrooms are located in the main house. A grand entrance leads straight into the split-level sitting area, which has been decorated with local fabrics and has two main areas. One with a fireplace and another with more formal furniture and a large smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen, which is located off the sitting room, includes a walk-in pantry, a fridge-freezer with an ice maker, a semi-industrial gas range, an electric oven and a magnificent conservatory with a dining table. A covered porch with seating and access to the pool and spa area is located off the conservatory.

Bedrooms:

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one is a double with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower The second is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor, one king-size bedroom with a full bathroom and stunning views of the sea and mountains on the other side of the sitting area, and another queen-size bedroom with a private terrace and a shower room.

A spacious dining table seats up to 14 people, and French windows off the sitting area. This leads to the porch area and terrace with views of the sea and mountains.

You will also find a games area with pool table.

Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Villa Cala additional suites:

The fifth bedroom is situated off this terrace and is separate from the main home. This queen bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower.

Two extra bedrooms, one small double and one twin combined with outside terraces, are on the lower level. They are separate from one another and have their own bathrooms. This area is ideal for friends or family who don’t need to share the main house.

Villa Cala outdoors & location

Outside the large 15m swimming pool and jacuzzi take pride of place. They are accessed via the kitchen area.

The house is gated and has enough parking for up to 4 cars. There is an electric car charger on the street opposite the property.

The centre of the resort is only 5 minutes’ walk away where you will find a supermarket, chemist, shops and restaurants. The sandy beach of Cala Barques is 3 minutes’ walk away from the house.

Pollensa with its Sunday market and Puerto Pollensa with a Wednesday market and more shops and supermarkets are just a 10 minute drive.
