The L-shaped lounge/dining room overlooks the pool and gardens; this room is is fully glazed in a conservatory style which offers a light and airy feel. With plenty of space, comfortable seating and a television, this area is great for an afternoon siesta. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for whipping up a meal. On the ground floor level is also the first of the two air-conditioned bedrooms (set on a timer) a spacious twin with full bathroom en-suite.

Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace. The 9m swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds. This is the perfect place to make happy memories!

Stairs lead from the rear of the living room to the first floor. Here is the large master double bedroom, which is well furnished and has shower with WC en-suite. Patio doors lead to a spacious L-shaped balcony which overlooks the front of the house and pool below.
