Villa Magdalena

Villa Magdalena is set in a quiet area of the Mallorcan countryside half way between Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. The location of this villa is ideally situated only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa. Not far from the impressive main square of Pollensa with its variety of restaurants and bars.

Set on one level, this house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool.

The inside of Villa Magdalena is bright and cheerful, decorated in the traditional Mediterranean style. There is a comfortable living dining room with a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a breakfast area.

There are three air conditioned bedrooms. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share two full bathrooms.

Outside, Villa Magdalena has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for meals in the shade. For those al fresco evenings there is a an outdoor covered barbecue area. The swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers. This is a fantastic place to relax. Enjoy the heat of the sun then cool off in the inviting pool.
