Villa Binixop

Villa Binixop is a magnificent family villa, located near the fishing village of Binibeca Vell. It is ideal for families with children given its location, in a cul-de-sac, and the proximity of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located near Binibeca beach.

Villa Binixop, has two floors:

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and a bathroom en suite, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the villa is the kitchen, fully equipped, with kitchen utensils, a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fully furnished dining room, with TV with national and foreign channels limited, DVD and bluetooth tower. From the living room there is access to a large fully furnished terrace, barbecue area, garden and private pool. It also has an outside laundry room with a washing machine.

On the Villa Binixop first floor, it has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with an en suite shower in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have a small terrace overlooking the sea.

There is also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box.
