Villa Anni is identical in design to Villa Isa next door, each with the same very high quality fixtures, fittings and comfort. These are most certainly some of the finest villas in Cala Galdana with private pools for that family holiday in Menorca. Each overlooks the fabulous bay and beach at Cala Galdana. They are in an unrivalled position to enjoy the superb views over the stunning coastline.

Villa Anni is approached through a lovely lawned garden and up to the bougainvillea draped front entrance. An inner hall leads firstly to the ground floor pretty air-conditioned twin bedroom with a full bathroom. The attractively furnished lounge/dining room has a bright, modern style and has flat screen TV with News and International channels and DVD player. Patio doors open out onto the front terrace. Leading from the dining area is the spacious well fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Again patio doors lead out to the front terrace, so convenient for those meals outdoors. A washing machine is to be found in the garage for your added convenience.

On the first floor are two gorgeous bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have air-conditioning and patio doors overlooking the pool and bay. There is a full bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms. A separate entrance then leads off from the landing into the guest suite which offers a pretty twin bedroom with views over the garden, a second simple air-conditioned lounge and a shower room. This suite also has its own small sun terrace and entrance to the garden at the front of the villa.

Three bedrooms and the guest suite lounge are air-conditioned for your added benefit. There are 2 shower rooms and a seperate bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.

Villa Anni exterior:

The front terrace is a sheer delight. Well screened for complete safety, it is the envy of everyone staying in the resort. The 8 metre pool takes pride of place in the centre. There is also an outdoor shower and barbecue. A plentiful supply of outside furniture and sunbeds make this area the focal point for living and dining outdoors. Finally those views, those breath-taking panoramic views of the bay and beach. A haven for water sports and boats of all shapes and sizes and sunsets that will remain in your memory forever.

Car hire is recommended, the beach is reached directly by a number of steps down the cliff, or, for the less energetic, by its main access, 3 minutes by car or a 15 minute leisurely stroll downhill. The walk back up is quite steep. There are also some great opportunities for walking and cycling in the Menorca countryside.
