This villa enjoys a great location, in a quiet residential street, just 300m from the sandy cove Cala Esmeralda and 450m away from Cala Gran. Cala d’Or centre with shops and restaurants is approx. 800m away.
This villa has an open plan, well equipped kitchen with dining table. The living room is located close to the kitchen and has access to the front porch with several sitting areas.
