Villa Can Joan is a lovely 4-bedroom villa, perfect for a harmonious escape to Mallorca. Situated just a 5-minute walk to the white sands and crystal waters of Mal Pas beach. Mal Pas set along the coast is a charming residential area of Bonaire, with a supermarket, small selection of shops and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk.

Interior:

Decorated to a high standard, Villa Can Joan is the perfect holiday home for up to 8 guests to enjoy. The ground floor has a spacious, open plan living/dining area with satellite TV and a view of the terrace. The kitchen area is complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. This floor also contains a double bedroom and shower room.

On the top floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the garden area.

Exterior:

Leading off from the main living area, onto a shaded outdoor dining area, this is the perfect spot for sunbathing beside your very own 9m x 3m swimming pool! Cook up some traditional dishes on the barbecue provided. For those that do not want to cook on holiday, not to worry, as there is a widespread choice of restaurants within a very short walk away!
