Villa Manresa, a modern and stylish 3-bedroom villa, perfect for your next family holiday to Mallorca. Located only a 5-minute walk to Mal Pas beach, a further 5 minutes you will reach a selection of restaurants. Mal Pas, a quaint residential area with two glorious beaches to choose from. Furthermore there is a small selection of bars and restaurants, the Bonaire Marina and a supermarket on the doorstep for you to enjoy.

Interior:

Villa Manresa is an ideal holiday home for up to 6 guests to enjoy. The ground floor has a spacious, open plan living/dining area with satellite TV and a view of the terrace. The kitchen area is complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room can also be found on this floor.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (can be configured into a twin on request) both with en-suite shower rooms and a shared balcony overlooking the pool and garden area.

Exterior:

Leading off from the main living area, onto a shaded outdoor dining area, this is the perfect spot for sunbathing beside your very own 8m x 5m swimming pool! Cook up some traditional dishes on the barbecue provided. For those that do not want to cook on holiday, not to worry, as there is a widespread choice of restaurants within a very short walk away!

On a neighbouring plot is Villa Can Joan, which is ideal if you have more than 6 guests wanting to holiday at this beautiful part of the world – rent both villas together and enjoy double the space and double the pools!
